Return & Refund Policy – Bae-kri

At Bae-kri, we take pride in offering fresh, high-quality bakery products. Due to the nature of food items, the following policy applies:

1. Non-Returnable Items

  • All baked goods, desserts, and food items are non-returnable and non-refundable once received.

  • Refunds or exchanges are not accepted due to change of mind or personal preference after purchase.

2. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product was received damaged, spoiled, or unsafe for consumption.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • There was a clear error on the part of Bae-kri.

3. Reporting an Issue

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

  • A clear photo of the product and proof of purchase are required.

  • Requests should be submitted through Bae-kri’s official contact channels.

4. Resolution Process

  • Each case will be reviewed within 2–3 business days.

  • If approved, Bae-kri will either:

    • Replace the item with an equivalent product, or

    • Refund the amount using the original payment method.

5. Custom & Special Orders

  • Custom-made items, including personalized cakes and special orders, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before preparation begins.

  • Once preparation has started, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
