Return & Refund Policy

At Bae-kri, we are committed to providing freshly prepared, high-quality products. As our products are perishable in nature, the following Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases.

1. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the perishable nature of bakery and food products, all items are non-returnable once they have been delivered or collected.

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selections made by the customer.

2. Storage and Consumption

Our products are prepared fresh and are intended for immediate consumption or appropriate storage. Unless otherwise specified, products containing dairy, cream, custard, eggs, meat, poultry, seafood, or other perishable ingredients should not be kept at room temperature for more than 3-4 hours. Failure to store products in accordance with the recommended storage instructions shall be at the customer's sole risk, and no refund, replacement, or compensation shall be provided for any deterioration in quality resulting from improper handling or storage.

3. Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement may be considered where:

• The product is received in a damaged, spoiled, or unsafe condition;
• An incorrect product has been delivered; or
• The issue arises due to an error attributable to Bae-kri.

4. Reporting a Concern

Any request for a refund or replacement must be made within 5 hours of placing the order.

The request should include:

• A clear photograph of the product showing the issue; and
• Valid proof of purchase.
• Requests may be submitted through Bae-kri's official customer service channels.

5. Review of Requests

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 2–3 business days.

Where a request is approved, Bae-kri may, at its discretion:

• Replace the product with the same or a comparable item; or
• Process a refund through the original method of payment.

6. Custom & Special Orders

Custom-made, personalized, and special-order products are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, this limitation does not apply where the product is delivered in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition due to an error on the part of Bae-kri.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before preparation has commenced. Once preparation of an order has begun, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated, and the order will not be eligible for a refund.

8. Applicable Law

This Return & Refund Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any rights that may be available to consumers under applicable law.
